What to wear?
Please check the weather for the date of your tour and dress accordingly, Dressing warmer is recommended as you can always remove clothes and we have storage onboard.
Can we bring passengers under 19?
Not recommended but up to your discretion.
Do we have to drive on the Millennium Trail?
The Trail is used for ZIP N SIP Wine Tours but it is not necessary to drive on the trail all the time. We can access all Winery’s or Breweries using the trail or roadways if permitted.
Can we drive the 4 X 4's ?
No. Only the tour guide will be driving the vehicles.
What if we really, really, really want to drive? Can we!
No.
Is gratuity included in the cost of the Wine Tour?
No. Gratuity is not included on our ZIP N SIP wine tasting tours. Tour guides, just like waitstaff or bartenders, primarily work for tips. A suggested gratuity would be 15% to 25%
If you feel that your tour guide has done an exemplary job, feel free to send them off with even more tip money! and we love all the great reviews!
Can we bring food?
Yes. You’ll likely work up not only thirst but also an appetite on your tour. Guests can bring snacks but must be able to carry them on tour. There are also several restaurants along the way at the wineries and we have the option of ordering a Charcuterie box from County Harvest Creations.
Can we bring our pets?
As much as we love our fury friends, no pets are allowed on any of our wine tours.
What is the rain/extreme weather policy?
We still run tours, rain or shine. Check Prince Edward County weather before booking. Our Standard rescheduling and cancellation policy applies.
What if we arrive late?
Fashionably late does not apply in this case. You must arrive on time for your tour. Please contact us if you are running late so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We HIGHLY recommend arriving AT LEAST 15 MINUTES before the tour start time.
IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, We will have to eliminate a stop or make every stop shorter.
